Mustang Soccer Recreational Camps Training Proogram

Winter/Spring 2021

Mustang Soccer will offer recreational camp training opportunities for players ages U6-U12 in the months of February and March of 2021.  These will be socially distant training programs that comply with State of Calfornia and Contra Costa County Youth Sports Guuidance.  All programming will take place at the Mustang Soccer Complex.  Groups are limited to 14 players per group.  Players will train once a week with professional staff. Staffing will be made up of Mustang professional staff as well as Mustang Soccer Volunteers.  Soccer volunteers who are able to participate will be paired with a professional coach for the sessions.

 

 

Below is a list of dates and times of the programs being offered.

Program Cost: $75.00 per four week session

Players will receive a training t-shirt and Headmaster practice ball for participation.

 

 

March 1st - March 24th

Monday Camps will be held at the Mustang Soccer Complex

Mondays 1:00-2:00 pm  March 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd 

U6 and U7 players

Mondays 2:15-3:15 pm March 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd

U8-U12 players

Wednesday Camps will be held at the Mustang Soccer Complex

Wednesdays 2:30-3:30 pm  March 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th 

U8-U12 Players

 

• Camps are held at the Mustang Soccer complex(Mondays and Wednesdays)
• Camps run four weeks at a time with one training per week
• Weather cancellations will be made up at a future date
• Please review the Mustang Soccer Protocols prior to attending your first training
• Please note that new guidance will allow for contact play.  Coaches will be introducing contact play and scrimmaging in the March camps.
• Players must bring their own soccer ball and water bottle.  We will have hand sanitizer available for players and disinfectant for equipment
• Parents must drop off players no more than 5-7 minutes prior to the start of their session
• Parents cannot stay to watch.  Parents may drop off players at the curb or they may park and walk players to the sidewalk and once the player is directed to their entrance, parents must wait in their cars or leave and come back at the end of the training
• Please be on time for pickup because there are additional participants coming after each session.  It is extremely important that we have fields and the complex area cleared before new arrivals show up
